A little slice of heaven

One of the most lovely places I've ever stayed at with the most incredible hosts. Right in the middle of a vineyard with very comfortable accommodation and specialist restaurants all within a km or two.

A wonderful gem hidden away in the winelands!

The property is situated on a wonderful estate, which is very peaceful and serene. The unit is very well designed and very comfortable. Sad that I couldn’t stay longer, will definitely be back!

The boutique wine estate where you really want to be

Very beautiful views over the vineyards and mountains. The hospitality was absolutely incredible and the atmosphere was completely relaxing. Everything was perfect without exception.

Location is superb. Out of the rush of Stellenbosch, but conveniently close enough to restaurants, vineyards and shops. Spacious rooms, beautiful scenery and fantastic hospitality.

Monkscowl really made our sister trip better than expected

Had the best stay here! From start to finish, the views were amazing and breathtaking. The hosts were so kind, warm, and welcoming, 10/10 experience :)
I managed to spend hours by the pool on what I have to say are the most comfortable lounge beds ever! My sister had to pry me out of one to get me to go out. However, come sunset or night, we were both stuck there, chatting, stargazing and taking in the beauty. Monkscowl really made our sister trip better than expected, and we cherish our time and memories there! Thank you!! And we hope to come back
